WOW!!! Is all I can say! Came in to have a tire inspected for repair as it was readily losing air. They repaired it and went over recommendations for replacement as it was definitely time to replace my tires. They also own the automotive place next door (Adams Autoworx). I was so impressed with their customer service and overall professionalism. I arrived with a toddler and 5yo and they went so far as to turn on cartoons and gave them coloring books! It’s rare to find such hospitality especially when It comes to kids. The business overall was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Fresh coffee, comfort table seating with access to outlets if you’re having to work etc while you wait for your car. There was even table hooks for purses. They spared no details in the comfort of their establishment. I was so impressed that I asked for quotes for a service on my car and a water pump replacement for my husbands car. They have gained a loyal customer and I will be sure to copy and paste this review on YELP! I’m so glad that’s there is a high end professional establishment here in Castro Valley.
